Social Pragmatic Deficits Checklist for School-Aged Children

This checklist was created to assist speech language pathologists (SLPs) in identifying/screening social pragmatic language weaknesses/deficits in school-aged children, who may require assessment/intervention services.   Provide this form to both teacher and caregiver/s to ensure that the weaknesses are observed consistently across all settings/people.
